Jack D. Berns, D.M.D.

Dr Jack Berns received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Pennsylvania in 1964. He then served in the United States Public Health service.

Dr. Berns has been an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Yale-New Haven Hospital Department of Dentistry where he served as assistant chairman of restorative dentistry.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Dentistry.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut Dental Association, and is a past president of the New Haven Dental Association.  He is currently a professor and instructor at the University of New Haven Dental Hygiene School, where he also serves on the board of directors.

Anthony T. Dioguardi, D.M.D.

Dr. Tony Dioguardi graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of Buffalo in 1975. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from UCONN Health Center School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1983, receiving honors in the field of Oral Pathology. He then completed his general practice dental residency at the West Haven V.A. Hospital, where he received emergency training through the Hospital of Saint Raphael Department of Oral Surgery.

Dr. Dioguardi has been an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Yale-New Haven Hospital Department of Dentistry, and has lectured on the subject of management of dental emergencies.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Association, and the New Haven Dental Association.

Dr. Dioguardi is also an accomplished guitarist, and can be seen performing at numerous venues throughout the area.
